1. Scope and Nature of Products

Yayasan Quran Arabi Internasional ("We", "Us", "the Foundation") through the Quran Arabi platform provides access to educational courses in digital format ("Digital Products"). In accordance with relevant consumer protection laws, We recognize the importance of User satisfaction and hereby establish a clear, comprehensive, and binding Refund Policy.

2. 14-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a Full Money-Back Guarantee within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days calculating from the effective date and time of the purchase transaction ("Guarantee Period"). During this Guarantee Period, the User holds the right at their sole initiative to request cancellation of the purchase and a 100% refund of the purchase price paid, without any obligation to provide justification or reasons (no-questions-asked basis).

3. Refund Timeframe Limitation

This Refund Policy is subject to the following timeframe limitation:

• Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 14-calendar-day deadline from the transaction date will be automatically rejected. In such events, the sale is deemed final and legally binding.

Within the 14-day period, refunds are provided unconditionally and without exception, in compliance with the requirements of our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

4. Refund Application Procedure

To exercise the right to a refund, the User must submit a formal written request via email to cs@quranarabi.com from the email address registered to the User's account, including the following verification information:

1. Registered Full Name.
2. The specific Course Title for which the refund is requested.
3. The Receipt Number or Transaction Reference ID issued by Paddle.

5. Refund Execution and Settlement

The administrative process for refunds is governed as follows:

• Any approval of a refund will result in the immediate revocation of the access license to the relevant Digital Product.
• Funds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment instrument or method used during the initial transaction through Our partner, Paddle.
• The fund settlement timeframe depends on the policies of the relevant banking institution or credit card issuer, which generally takes 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days after We initiate the refund process.
